Overview

Industry Dive is a B2B business journalism company that publishes news and insights for business leaders and professionals across over 30 industries. The company went through a rebranding in 2021 and needed the corporate site redesigned to deliver a clear mission statement with the updated brand strategy. As a Senior Visual Designer, I conducted an analysis of the previous site, set goals after user research and redesigned to improve functionality and brand personality. The new design integrated a user-friendly experience reflecting the company's values and goals while improving navigation and embodying the current design trends.

  • Incorporate the 2021 rebranded company's visual identity, which includes typography, color and custom graphics.
  • Introduce Webflow to the team for a minimal coding approach to development and easier updates.
  • Enhance the company's brand personality by replacing stock images with original photography, custom graphics and testimonials.

Cross-team efforts

  • Attract candidates for recruitment through a better representation of the company's diversity, culture, benefits and growth opportunities.
  • Increase engagements in marketing and sales by bringing in clear calls to action and easy navigation.
  • Improve a narrative of the company's mission and value.
  • Allow Public Relations Team Editors to self-publish in the Company News Blog page using a new CMS.
