Industry Dive's Design grew from a team of 5 to 10+ designers since I joined, with multiple personas creating the brand's editorial imagery. I created an Illustration Style Guide that establishes clear standards for elements like color, shapes, and character design to maintain consistency in our brand's visual communication. This refined, unique visual identity resulted in reinforcing Industry Dive's brand personality — professional, insightful and authoritative.
